1. Fluency in English and Japanese/Chinese (including sound effects)
2. Light schedule
3. Promptness
4. For interested parties, please email kagamiscans(at)yahoo.com for a translator test to be submitted a week after it was given.
PROOFREADER qualifications: HIRING
1. fluency in Chinese and English or Japanese and English
2. can correct grammatical errors
3. can proofread real-time (i.e. while in IRC or within a few hours)
4. can connect to IRC and frequent the kagami channel

EXPERIENCED EDITOR qualifications: HIRING
1. Adobe Photoshop literacy
2. has experience in editing
3. Willingness to edit yaoi or shounen-ai occasionally.
