About Him : Isaac is definitely for you if you prefer long-distance relationships xD. I just played him recently because, since I can't understand Japanese, writing letters is a task for me. ^^. Anyway, you can write him a letter every Sunday, and you will get a reply the following week. You can't go on dates with the other guys much because you have to have a greater relationship on the girls' side. ^^
Isaac's Likes
Attire : elegant (second option) or casual (first option) if you date twice a week

Dating Isaac
Isaac is a good guy, but you only get to see him on your summer vacation that only lasts 2-3 weeks, so make sure you take the opportunity to date him! Your rival for affection is MARIN, so be careful, Isaac lovers! When you date him, he will ask questions. If you don't understand Japanese, it is strongly suggested that you save before answering to make sure you answer the one he likes. He will have 3 reactions to whatever you will answer.
He's happy with your answer. A heart at the side means you have increased your affection with him.
I don't know if he is mad, but he's disappointed and he disagrees with what you said. ^^;; You should choose your words better, since this is probably the worst reaction you can ever get. A sweatdrop sometimes appears at the side with a buzzing sound.
You must have said something outrageous. He's really shocked xD.
Conditions to Get Isaac
At the end, you must have:
- relationship bar equal for girls and boys or higher for the girls
- his love level for you at 1 and above
- willingness to write? xD
- Isaac is most compatible with girls who are Taurus or Aquarius and has Type AB blood
- NOTE: Since you have to make the girls' affection bar higher, you have to abstain from dating guys too much ^^. Also, choose 2 different guys to give Valentine's day gifts too, to avoid anyone from liking you too much. ^_^
Letter-Writing
I will try to add pictures about this later on (since I forgot to screen-cap the options -.-). Anyway, in order to have good-writing relations with Isaac you have to choose what to write.
When you click the letter option on your main window during Sunday, 3 options will come up. These will be your choices of topic for the letter. ^^ The first choice is to write something about school. The second option is to write something about your cooking. And the third choice is to declare your love for him.
At first, don't write immediately declaring your love. ^^ Try using the first and second options. Also, there will be a time where you will write about your concern for his health. After that, that's the time you can declare your love. You can also attach stuff, but make sure not to attach the tears mark and the teddy bear (I am not so sure if it's a teddy). When you write about your concern for his health, attach the cross pendant. ^^
Events with Isaac
First Meeting. You will definitely meet Isaacin the villa
The Fire. Before September, you will wake up one day to find the villa on fire. You cannot escape, and Isaac will break into a window and save you. You don't have to have requirements in order to see this event. After a while, you will thank him for rescuing you.
Graduation. If you are successful in capturing his heart, Isaac will appear before you during the ball and will invite you to dance. Other spoiler caps here and here.
